Shipping Policy

& Procedures

All our Goods are designed by Smartwave and are manufactured in China. We typically stock all products and ship within 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

 

The Procedure

Step 1: After your order is received, our team prepares your package for delivery. If you’re ordering spare parts or sent a product for repair here are a view things to note:

  • Every device repair begins by gathering the parts, often we’ll have everything we need in stock, if not the part is ordered from our supplier chain located in China and repair period may be extended to accommodate. This is typically the longest part of ordering spare parts or having your device repaired.
  • Once all the parts are gathered a Smartwave technician will repair your device and visually inspecting each part for quality and capacity.
  • Once a device is repaired undergoes a 24-hour “burn in” which stress tests the device to ensure that it meets Smartwave’s high quality standards.

 

Step 2: The packaged is then carefully packaged shipped via UPS directly to your home or office.

 

Step 3: Each shipment is fully insured and a tracking number will be emailed once the package is shipped.

 

Step 4: Products from Smartwave requires signature confirmation to ensure the safe delivery of your investment so please plan accordingly.

 

Step 5: Enjoy! Please be sure to retain your order number as this is required for any warranty service. We also recommend you save the original packaging in case of a return.

 

The Policies

  1. While Smartwave strives to maintain it’s 48 hours average time-to-ship. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
  2. Smartwave will ship to any physical address in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean. Smartwave will not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Each package requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
  3. Every product shipped from Smartwave is ensured up to the full purchase price. It is Smartwave’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Smartwave to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
  4. Smartwave’s preferred carrier is UPS and all shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. Smartwave’s shipping prices may vary with those of other carrier. Smartwave guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from www.smartwavecaribbean.com
  5. All ship times are counted in business days only and corresponds with those of UPS our preferred carrier. Smartwave honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a Monday to Friday work week.
