I’m unable to control my Smartwave devices when using 3G/4G or different network, what should I do?

 

If you’re unable to control your Smartwave devices when using 3G/4G or when connected to a different network, please check the following

  • Verify that the Smartwave device is connected to your Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi status bar on the Smartwave device tells whether the device is connected to the network or not.
  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi router is powered and has an active internet connection.
  • Verity that your mobile device has internet access or ensure that your 3G/4G data is function correctly.
  • Restarting the Smartwave App
  • Reset your mobile device
