My Smartwave devices appear offline when using the Smartwave App. What should I do?
Verify that the Smartwave device is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Note: The Wi-Fi status bar on the Smartwave light switch tells whether the device is connected to the network or not. If the Wi-Fi status bar is flashing, try resetting the light switch but holding the reset button for 3 seconds. They re-add the device using the Smartwave App.
